Hotel Dining Concerns Raised - Hotel, Plano Texas

I want to report that the food handling at the Home 2 North Plano HWY 75 is substandard. Things are not clean, the main food preparer was not observing food cleanliness and she was wearing a dirty shirt. Also, items on the countertop had food crumbs and items that were used for pouring like batter for pancakes and waffles were not clean. As soon as I saw the dirtiness and non cleanliness I immediately threw my food away worried I might get food poisoning. I also noticed not a care in the world for the sauces and where you would get bread out of one is the "shelves" was caked with dry bread crumbs that were stuck to the plastic.
