Cockroaches, improper holding temperatures. The inspector found:
-Three live cockroaches were on the wall behind the peeling paint under three-compartment sink.
- One live cockroach on the floor behind the trash bin near the three-compartment sink area.
- One dead cockroach on the floor under two-door upright freezer.
- 20 pounds of raw chicken were found to be too warm.
