I am a delivery driver and had waited about 5 -10 minutes for my order to be prepared. On receiving the order the manager asked if I ate beef. I said yes and he came back with a burger and fries and said I could have it as it was made extra by mistake.I ate it about 30mins later, around 130pm-2pm.

At around 6-7pm I felt bloated and at at around 8pm when I was home I started to feel nauseous and my bowels felt weak. I went to the toilet and I had severe diarrhoea, I was in pain from my stomach and I felt hot and cold. I was in and out of the toilet all night, I vomited later in the night and my diarrhoea lasted 2 days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Bloating
