Ordered honey chipotle tenders to go Monday 7/17/23. Ate them around midnight, woke up around 6am Tuesday morning nauseated. Felt progressively worse throughout the day. Started vomiting that evening. Couldn’t keep liquids or solids down. By Friday, I got so dehydrated had to go to local ER for IV fluids. After discharge I am able to keep small amounts of clear liquid. Today is Monday, 7/24/23 and I still cannot keep solids down or non-clear liquids. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Weakness, Dehydration
