Same cycle again with less diarrhea till almost 3. Had to lie in cold to ease cramping. Tried popsicle. Could only stomach small sips of cold water or a tiny bit of warm ginger water. 4:10 another voluminous vomiting mostly water ( more then I drank). Drank a little more water. Slept in like 1.5 hr boughts only covering feet with blanket near by. Would wake up warm and stomach cramping.
