Additional information: Felt stomach pains day after eating burger and truffle fries at Hopdoddy Memphis but pains were slight but noticeable from Saturday thru Wed then became violently ill Thurs. Sudden vomiting diarrhea chills and headache's. Still Lingering diarrhea after eating 3 days later after extreme day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
