Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills
Suspected source: Enoki Mushrooms
Onset: 1 to 2 days
Duration: Several days
Sick: A loved one
Additional information: Ate here in the evening of Dec 23rd. Symptoms started on Dec 25. Severe diarrhea and stomach cramps since then, plus fever of 102. Chills and violent shivering all night on Dec 25th. Went to urgent care on Dec 27, tested negative for influenza a, influenza b, and covid. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Cramps
