Arrived on Tuesday Jan 9, by Wednesday at noon, not feeling great, but just put it off to different food and traveling, by that evening I was extremely sick with all the symptoms of food poising! My wife reported it to the front office, a customer service lady spoke to who I assume was the manager and I asked if they had a doctor the resort uses, and she was kind enough to dial the number of the doctor and I asked them to come and check him out! He was treated for food poisoning with 2 injections and 5 meds and a bill of over 500 Canadian dollars! Our holiday was ruined except the last day! We had to cancel all of our excursions except 1, we could only do that by getting a doctor’s certificate! Very sad! We still donot have the excursion refund!They did send a man in a chef coat to talk to me at the side desk, but he really said nothing! I never heard from the management again. I also reported it to my sunwing rep and he has never answered me back. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
