Possible E. Coli Outbreak - Hotel Riu, Sardinal Guanacaste Province

My friends and I did a girls trip there may 21st to the 27th. Myself and one of the other girls became very ill by the 3rd day there. Im still feeling under the weather. We didnt drink anything besides the bottle water. Could've been the food or maybe ice in the drinks. Read some other reviews its looking like possible e.coli. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
