13/04/2025Visited the riu ocho rios steakhouse on Sunday evening, only consumed food from the riu ocho rios resort for two weeks. Woke up the next morning with diarrhea without any solids, projectile vomiting with bowel incontinence at the same time. Ended up having to throw up in a used bin while on the toilet at one point, fever and severe stomach cramps present. Further threw up on the flight home into a sick bag with diarrhea 30x daily over the last three days. Another member of our party had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea after visiting their steakhouse in the same trip. I am still unwell doing nothing but sleeping in between visits to the toilet. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
