On 6/1/24, got food/alcohol poisoning while staying as a guest at Riu Palace Aquarelle, Jamaica. He was throwing up all night and then was feeling sick on the airplane with shakes and chills the next day while flying home to US. There were three doctors on the airplane who assisted him. His oxygen levels were very low and they gave him 2 IVs and took him to emergency in Illinois upon arrival. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Shaking
