Sal, Cape Verde

Stayed here for 11 nights and for 3 nights I suffered with horrendous stomach pains, cramps and issues. Couldn’t leave my bed, the thought and smell of food made me vomit. After about 72 hours I felt fine and just stuck to plain foods for the rest of the holiday.

Visited the on site doctor and she confirmed it sounded like food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
