We flew to Cape Verde We’d 1.11.23 by Sunday both myself and partner had severe diarrhoea. We are still not completely recovered, but fortunately had taken 3 packs of Imodium which we used up. We couldn’t eat much and couldn’t move far from conveniences during our visit.. We stayed at Riu Palace only ate there and both started after 4 days and still not 100% | Symptoms: Diarrhea
