Poolside Snack Illness Outbreak - Hotel, Agadir Souss-Massa

A group of 12 people of us were staying at Riu Palace Tikida Agadir. 2 days ago we had late lunch from snack bar near pool and the snack restaurant which uses same kitchen. 5 people within group became ill with vomitting and Diarrhea which was severe and lasted around 18-24 hours. The hotel reception dismissed the claim and told us to speak to the restaurant manager. Food was evidently left out for a long period. We only ate at the hotel and it happened on day 6 of a day 7 holiday. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
