Ate at the buffet for lunch on march 2. Was in the shade all day. At about 7 pm I got violently ill and threw up several times and it didn't appear it was going to stop. Had a fever and chills. Had intense nausea. Had to call resort Doctor who told me it was likely from a food that wasn't cooked — all I had was a salad at lunch with eggs and vegetables from the salad bar. I had to be given an IV of fluid and medication. Now on anti nausea medication. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
