I ate Sunday night at about 5pm. Fifteen minutes after eating my salad I immediately went to the restroom and my whole body was flushed and I had diarrhea. Later on that night I am vomiting up my salad and nothing else that I ate there came up, only the salad leaves | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
