We can guantrutee our gastro is from this hungry jacks as it was the only thing we all ate together. Absolutely disgusting to be told by hospital stuff it was from someone that would’ve been sick and prepared our food. I now have a sick household in hospital receiving treatment from severe gastro. Something needs to be done and investigated because it is an absolute joke we cannot even trust what we are eating. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Gas
