4 hours after consumption I started to feel very ill and I have now spent two days with terrible diarrhoea, intense vomiting, fever, nausea and chills. I have not been able to eat, sleep or hold down a meal in 48 hours and I feel horrible. Hungry jacks chicken Royale is the only possible thing that could have caused this as everything else I ate that day was eaten with others who did not get food poisoned. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
