Stouffer's Grandma's Chicken and Vegetable Rice Bake Family Size Frozen Meal, 36 oz, We made the meal Thursday. The other person ate half of it whereas I just had a few bites, saving the rest for Friday lunch. He woke up at 3am violently vomiting. He got chills and muscle aches over the next 14 hours and sent home from work after vomiting there. I stupidly didn’t make the connection and proceeded to eat the Stouffers meal for lunch. Within 4 hours I was extremely queasy, and began throwing up 3 hours after that. The fever started overnight, followed by muscle and joint stiffness the next day. Then we both had 100% liquid diarrhea and violent vomiting for most of the next 3 days, which is still happening in addition to occasional chills and constant extreme fatigue. We’ve tried probiotics, the BRAT diet, rest, and hydration, with only a minute gradual improvement. It ruined our holiday weekend and non-refundable trip. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Fatigue
