We visited Hyatt from 12/24/16-1/4/17. On the day before our departure, 3 members of our family became ill after eating at one of the Hyatt restaurants. My 2 year old suffered severe diarrhea for 12 days, fever, vomiting and rash. Stool sample showed salmonella infection.
Hotel is in denial and not being cooperative.
Besides the food poisoning:
– shower curtains in outdated bathrooms
-room was forgotten to be cleaned
– elevator did not work for 10 days!

Very disappointed with the service and hotel. Our first and last trip. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Skin Rash
