Pool Bar Illness Outbreak - Hotel, San José del Cabo Baja California Sur

12 hours after returning to states I incurred extended belly, diarrhea, no fever but chills, headache and zero tolerance to keep liquid or food in stomach. Two others in party have same issue. Common thread was pool bar. Currently heading to urgent care in my area. Update: after hospitalization and confirmed lab tests ecoli. Update: day three in hospital | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fever
