Not sure but we did share cocktail shrimps and lobster tail one night. We were visiting Montego Bay Jamaica our wedding…. On the day of the wedding ceremony my husband became violently ill sudden stomach pains vomiting and diarrhea bodyaches he made it to the ceremony but missed the reception a few hours later I had the exact same symptoms. The only meal that we share the same during our vacation was the candlelight dinner on Monday, July 5 and he became ill on Wednesday, July 7. We remained ill the remainder of our trip leaving Montego Bay on Saturday July 10….Upon return to the states we immediately put it in the emergency room because we were fused care in Jamaica not wanting to visit their hospitals once home we were treated for dehydration my husband is in kidney failure now hopefully that is reversible due to his severe dehydration he also was diagnosed with pancreatitis through this experience… Lab results showed bacteria what is the source of our illness due to food poisoning. It happened My husband and I got terribly sick during our recent stay here. )July 4-10, 2021). Upon return to the states (July 10) we visited and emergency room immediately upon our return lab tests confirmed the doctor diagnoses of a bacterial | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain, Nausea, Body Ache
