I ordered an omelet, later that evening I felt nauseous and sick. I was unable to sleep all night because of vomiting and diarrhea. I went to the doctor today and said it was food poisoning. I have nothing else to eat that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
