Had meatballs and mash in store at around 3pm 18th June 2016. Felt normal in evening, maybe slightly iffy. Woke at 3.30am with diarrhea and spent day with same plus one bout of vomiting. Begun to feel better around 22hrs after eating | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
