Hotdog Causes Severe Pain - Ikea, Milton Keynes England

My sister and I came yesterday 16th June 2026, around 12pm. Whilst she was returning items, and before us shopping again in the store, I purchased a 95p hotdog. Within hours I was getting severe abdominal pain whilst still in the store... my sister got me home, the pain still there. Then at 12am this morning I had vomiting and such severe pain and diarrhea it was excruciating. I have a stoma also so it has caused me unbelievable pain and discomfort. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
