Additional information: We believe it was the chicken that caused it. It was katsu chicken without the sauce. At 6.30pm Saturday 24th August Myself and my husband got 3 meals for myself, husband and our 2 year old son. Thankfully our son refused to eat and just had a few chips. We shared the food between us two. Very shortly after I became nauseous and then at 9pm I started to be violently ill vomiting non stop until the next day with only short stops in between. I couldn't keep water down. Alan had bad diarrhoea and his symptoms started in the middle of the night.
