Four of us had Swedish meatballs. All got sick to varying degrees. My wife threw up and diarrhea , lots of pain. Daughter just threw up a lot then okay. The other two of us just lots of lower stomach pain... so far. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
