My whole family went to eat the Swedish meatballs for dinner before shopping. As soon as we finished eating instantly we all had to use the bathroom. We had the same symptoms of diarrhea and nausea and had to use the bathroom multiple times back to back and while trying to shop and still are feeling the symptoms hours later. We know it was from the food we ate at IKEA because we all had the same food and onset of symptoms started in the same time frame. We have ate at this same meal at IKEA many times and never had issues but today was horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Same thing happens to my family but included vomiting and chills and soft floating stools from eating at Costa Mesa Ikea the meatballs, mashed potatoes, green beans meal, along with chocolate cake. Symptoms showed up overnight and next morning. I had eaten there for a decade. Super disappointing!! Will never trust their workers and cafeteria style food again. I was told the meatballs were made of horse meat!
