Additional information: My 3 year old son and I had meatballs and fries yesterday and in the middle of the night my son woke up vomiting. I have felt nauseous all day and we’ve both been having diarrhea. There is nothing else that we have eaten that is different from my husband besides these meatballs. And he had no symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
