On Dec. 24 2015 at approx. 1:30, I ate at the In n out on Atlantic and Spring in Signal Hill. About three hours later I got chills, fever, diarreah, vommiting. I'm still sick a day later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
