I ate in n out last night (September 27,2015) with my boyfriend and we're both have diarrhea vomiting dehydration i missed school he missed work. I have constant chills I woke up at 4am and was sick and couldn't sleep until 9:45 am | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
