Food Safety Report: In-N-Out.

Ate a 3x3 about noon today. It is now 6:30pm and I feel SOOOO sick. This is the second time at same restaraunt. Hadnt eaten there in over a year since... I decided to give them another try.... My mistake. Last time they put me in the hospital for 3 days with food poisoning... Will DEFINATELY NOT BE BACK!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
