Me and my friend went to In n Out around 1 pm for lunch before running errands (at least that was the plan) and it was already super busy inside but we waited our turn ordered our food and grabbed one of the last tables available and though we waited a bit for our food we had no problem, we loved in n out and so we ate our food and just as we were leaving my stomach started to feel weird, it was upset, I was nauseous and light headed. As soon as we got to the car I opened my door, leaned out and vomited right there in the parking lot. As soon as I got home I had Diarrhea and kept running from my bed to the bathroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
