Food Safety Report: In-N-Out.

Happened about an hour after eating it. Started off with a slight stomachache then it escalated to nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea ALL night. I've never felt this way. I am officially done with in n out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
