Food Safety Report: In-N-Out.

All I had to eat yesterday was an in and out burger. I woke up at one in the morning terribly terribly sick and I've been vomiting and having diarrhea constantly for the last seven hours. If it doesn't get better I'm heading to the emergency room. I've never felt this sick in my life and I've had hepatitis A before | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
