Food Safety Report: In-N-Out.

This happened yesterday. I ate around 2 pm and come 5:30 pm I wasn't able to keep any food or water down. It is now 11/14/13 9:41pm and my stomach just settled. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
