ER Visit After Burger - In-N-Out,

I had a double double,after 45 minutes or so I felt a horrible pain,nausea,severe stomach pain. I went to the emergency room,and followed up with my primary,I am currently on antibiotics,cause food poisoning .I am 56 years of age,its now been over 10 days,still having symptoms. need advise,can I bring this matter to the attention of in and out? thanks | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
