Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: It is common to get food poisoning from chicken. The highest risk comes from eating undercooked or raw chicken that can pass on salmonella bacteria. Symptoms of salmonella food poisoning can begin as early as 12 hours after infection and can include bloody diarrhea, cramping, and fever. Have a good day!
