I went on a dinner date here, and my partner felt bad, but I felt completely horrible. It was the only thing I ate all day (since breakfast) so I know this is the only meal that could have made me sick. I was feeling nauseous soon after eating, and then began throwing up multiple times during the night. I felt chills, and just generally sick, along with a headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
