Sunday night Lamb kebab Abdomen has been really strange noises and still is. Sulfur like eggy burps that go on forever. Mucus in diarrhoea and minor exterior bleeding. I almost always have heartburn/reflux, but weirdly that's been replaced by this horrible burping | Symptoms: Heartburn, Burping, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
