My son and I split a 10 piece chicken nugget and a medium curly fry last Friday afternoon. He is a pretty picky eater at 3 and only wants the usual chicken nuggets, pizza, hot dogs or pb&j. He refuses to eat much else. The jack in the box meal is the only food that we have shared in common for week. By Saturday we both were experiencing abdominal pains and gas that have persisted over the past several day, severe fatigue and nausea. This morning my little guy awoke with a fever above 100 and had been vomiting all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas
