I ordered a chicken club no mayonnaise at Jack-in-the-Box on Chester and Highway 178 within 15 minutes after eating it I had nausea diarrhea vomiting and dehydration i've never gotten this sick before from chicken hopefully somebody can go and test the food before more people get sick I am a pretty healthy person and I tried to eat good. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration, Nausea
