Jack in the Box
Ordered 2 jumbo Jacks. Few hours for eating them felt nauseous. Diarrhea started shortly afterwards. Then Power vomiting to the point that blood came up. Been four and a half hours and still diarrhea nausea and vomiting | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
