Food Safety Report: Jack in the Box.

Took one bite of the cheesy chicken sandwich that comes with the munchie box and immediately knew something was wrong with it. Woke up the next morning with the loose stool that progressed to just water the rest of the day. Felt naseaus and threw up 3-4 times. Sharp stomach cramps. If this isn't food poisoning I don't know what is!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
