I had 4 tacos with ranch sause last night. Right after eating them I started to feel nauseated. After ten minutes I was sweating, shaking, and had a high fever of 102 and nausea. As soon as I got home I started throwing up and kept throwing up till 5 in the morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
