Jack in the Box
Ordered a Sirloin burger and immediately fell off. Only ate half because it was cold. Over the day it got worse and spent the night puking. Followed by two days of fever and vomiting from the other end. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
