Jack in the Box
Was in a hurry after renewing my license on my birthday and grabbed some jack in the box friday 5/15/15.... threw up at my surprise birthday party, missed my girlfriends graduation lunch, barely made it to the graduation, threw up a total of 4 times | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
