Jack in the Box
Ordered 4 tacos and only ate 2 cuz my stomach was hurting , so I thought I was full couldn't sleep all night due to stomach ache next morning while driving to work had to pull over on side of road and puked .. Got to work and had diarrhea left early puked in car on way home can't keep liquid or solid down | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
