Teen Hospitalized After Tacos - Jack in the Box,

My 15 year old son (strong and athletic) got violently ill after consuming 99 cent tacos and mozzerella sticks. He ate at 6:30 p.m. and woke up at 2 am. with violent vomiting and diarrehea. In the ER for 16 hours and hospital for another day. Extreme Dehydration. He only had a smoothie in the morning and nothing else all day.
