Are at the buffet Tuesday evening and had tremendous diarrhea the rest of the night with lots of gas. My system is fairly fast… but my girlfriend was awakened this morning with severe gas pain and diarrhea.I was in the ER being diagnosed with possible Hepatitis A. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
